Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is sourced from smallholder farms in the Sidamo region, grown at 1,900–2,200 meters above sea level. Light roasted to preserve its signature jasmine aroma and bright citrus acidity, each cup reveals notes of bergamot, orange blossom, and sweet tea. This single-origin coffee is processed using the traditional washed method, delivering a clean, nuanced profile with a silky mouthfeel. Ideal for pour-over or drip brewing, it shines when brewed between 90–96°C to unlock its complex fragrant bouquet.
